An environment within an environment.
Basements are all different. Most contain treated plates where the wood has contact with concrete, insulated
stud walls with air space between the wall and the blocks and plastic vapor barriers, standard electrical runs, drywalled
ceilings or dropped ceilings if height allows.
Others can be furred out and insulated with foam but electric outlet boxes must be set back into the concrete blocks,
furring strips are attached to the concrete block walls, wiring must be routed differently........each one is different.
